H.I.T.H. specializes in affordable modernized and custom-built tiny homes for individuals, couples, families, churches and communities. We also passionately raise awareness of the power of ownership as a pathway to wealth, wealth as the pathway to freedom, and freedom as the pathway to peace. OWN SOMETHING!

Who is Harmoni Layne?
“Something is coming. Prepare a pathway for my people” was the Divine message I received back in 2009. Now, that something is finally here. H.I.T.H. is a part of my purpose, the pathway for people globally to prepare for the changes ahead as well as build wealth, be free and live in peace.
In 2023, I quit my IT job and promised to never return. Money saved from 2021 and 2023 was invested into final renovation of my RV purchased to provide temporary residency while building on my land. After waiting 1.5 years to close on land in Walkertown, NC, it was time for Plan B to prepare for the escalating changes in the world. COVID-19 had turned the world upside-down and caused the price of housing to go through the roof. How would people make it through this? Another depression seemed an inevitable fate. One day it hit me. What would soon be called Harmoni RV I would be one of many homes to address the housing crisis. It made sense. This was the pathway, the path that individuals, couples, families, churches, and communities to follow to thrive through this next phase of our existence on this planet. This was the birth of H.I.T.H.
